Is M.N.ROY correct in calling Mahatma Gandhi a big moral force? read details?

I agree and M. N. Roy despite of disagreement with Gandhi, recognized him for his abnegation principles, and pacifism. Gandhi is indeed the Prince of Peace, and someone whom we need desperately during these trying times.
