Is there something wrong with her?

Okay so i used to have this 'friend' except she wasn't a good one. This may sound awful but she was quite unattractive and rather obese, i think this is what gave her low confidence. Before i knew it she had showed a boy from school her on webcam, he took a photo and was charged with child and suspended. I had thought she'd learned her lesson when apparently she was flashing on chatroulette, this is what started concerning me. Its on the internet, it could get shared. So it went down hill from there, she began to tell me and this girl whose really popular that her dad beats her. I really felt for her so i offered for her to stay at my house for a few days. Then she soon moved on to telling us that her dad d her, cut her, tied her up and made her bleed in... awful places. She proceeded to tell us that she was pregnant with his baby and it was Siamese twins conjoined by the arm... Everybody had started to get really worried but i couldn't help feel that something felt a bit off about the situation. Some of the stuff that she told us didn't add up or didn't make sense. We ignored it and all. Then she began to tell us that she cuts herself and tried to commit suicide. Again, it was all a bit wrong because i couldn't see any cutting scars plus she had no scs or buses where she had supposedly thrown herself off her house. We were all suspicious so we decided to calmly confront her, but she flipped out. Seriously, she went crazy and yelled at us all and called us bad things. So she didn't turn up to school the next day so one girl texted her and asked her is she was lying about it, it turns out her mum had her phone at the time and when she read the message she called back the girl to find out what her daughter was lying about. When the girl told her what her daughter had said she was so mortified and shocked, and ured the girl that her husband is a good man (because he is, i've met him and he was a real nice guy) and said she'll talk to her daughter. The girl has apparently moved schools. Is she actually crazy, why would you lie about that stuff? Is there something wrong with her?
