RH problems with pregnancy..... NEED ADVICE!!!! Nurses/Doctors please.?

I am not a doctor or a nurse but a medical technologist... When you had your twins the reason you recived Rhogam was because your twins were RH postive this causes your body to creat an anti-D antibody that will continue to circulate in your blood stream unless given the rhogam for it to connect too.. by giving you this you should be able to get pregnant again...the reason your titer is still reading a 1:2 is because you just had that shot not to long ago... its not uncommon...one reason you could have had so many mc's could have been because you didnt have a rhogam shot after each mc. creating the anti-d to destroy the fetus before allowing it to mature.
