i think by her flirting she sent you a sign that she like you but as far as these people starring at you i really cant figure that out. maybe there watching you to see what your gonna do. she probably told them she liked you so there playing those childish games by whispering little jokes behind your back. don't let this stop you. when you see her ask her out. this may turn out to be some thing big, don't let her go because of there games.
