How do I make a copy write symbol in Photoshop CS2?

I know the key board short cut that usually works but I'm working on a tablet and I cannot hold the alt on down. I know I can do it with the stroke tool. I just forgot how. Another problem is the font I use for my company name is not found in word either. So I can't do it there either. Can anyone help?
