Where do you register hand guns in AZ?

I just moved from MI and I have my MI CCW permit and my gun is registered to MI. I need to register it to AZ. Where do I go for that? I live near Mesa/Gilbert. Also, i heard that AZ is a free carry state? Is that so? Can anybody carry? Does it have to be concealed? Thanks.
