How cani know if someone is remotely accessing my pc or if someone is spying on me ?

Well to make sure no one is spying on you you should run a virus scan a couple of times and if it detects anything it should tell you what to do from there and to top someone from using ur internet remotely i suggest talking to ur Internet Service Provider and sort it out with them
