Astral Projection, Out of Body Experience question?

I had an out of body experience cause I haven't talked to my uncle who has ped away for a while And today I saw him, he reached out with his hand helping me get out od my physical body into my astral body (which is ahrd cause I project myself at 8 ft tall instead of 6 ft.) But then he said to me "Stay here, they're trying to find you." I woke up back into my real body, went back to my astral body in the middle of day time, light and sunny out, when I reached my astral body everything was dark like night time, and I saw shadows and things ruining in my room, and disappearing. One sounded like a kid laughing. What does this mean? I'd like to go back in, but should I or will it be dangerous?
