Form 8283 (Noncash charitable contributions)..attach to state return?

I have form 8283 (Noncash charitable contributions). It says "attach to your tax return if you claimed a total deduction of over $500 for all contributed property." Should I attach this to my state return? I'm mailing it in because TurboTax wanted $19.95 to e-file state. I already e-filed my federal one.
