Which type of RNA functions as a blueprint of the genetic code?

All RNAs are transcribed from the genome. However, tRNAs and rRNAs are functional RNAs in their own right. mRNAs serve as the conveyors of the genetic code into protein structure. So, I'd have to say that the answer expected is B--mRNA because a blue print conveys information for the building of a structure.
