Pleas reaply to me very scared?

im just getting over the stomach virus a very bad one that i had for 3 weeks and now i feel better but i have extreme gas and some stomach pain my shaky legs stoped now for 2 days and now i can barly eat and wile im eating it feels like i need to go number 2 is this ok and also the more i got to the bathroom the less cramps and gas ill have in a day and the gas gets lower in my stomach now its down to my groin area and my rectum,also i had been cheacked for appendicitis i was pressed and had a blood test xray and urin test whats wrong with me???????
