I am looking for an old time scooter toy?

This particular toy had a seat that you sat on and 2 wheels in the back. in the front it had 2 small wheels and a large set of handle bars that extended out to the rider left and right sides. in order to move the scoot in a forward motion the operator would twist the handle bar from left to right until you were moving as fast a you wanted. I saw this one time at disney in the late 80's. Hoping someone has a name for this so i can find it and by one for my kid.
