Hi, I am in California, and I am looking for a check cashing place or bank that has teleservice.?

The reason why I am looking for another place is because Nix Check Cashing is charging way too much now to cash my checks. So I am looking for a new place to conduct my business, but also they have to provide Teleservice, I dont need an ATM service. I tried google it takes too long, I am looking for something close by, maybe in Long Beach,Carson,Hawthorne,Compton, Lynwood, Bell, or Bell Gardens. I think Teleservice is the right term, because its for a relative of mine who is handicapped and they're unable to get out of the car, Nix has been good, but they're prices are getting too high, and thats not good at all.
