Harvest Moon Rune Factory Frontier?

I had the game for awhile but Im not quite sure of how to play it. but my questions are, Where can I find a Milker and Shears?, and where can I find the Blue Rose so I can make the Wedding Bouquet?. And how do I make my axe and hammer able to break down everything on the field?
