Changing day care providers?

If she is sleeping while caring for children, she is endangering them. you do not have to provide notice if they are in an unsafe situation. However, if you are going to leave prior to the 2 weeks normally required, you need to tell her why you are leaving. if you dont explain this she'll probably sue you.
